Nova Scotia Harbour

This piece captures the quiet, weathered character of a working coastal boat moored at the dock. The crisp white hull and sharp rigging contrast nicely with the soft, reflective water and the rugged textures of the shoreline rocks. I was inspired by a trip to Nova Scotia, the maritime life along the coast, and the history written in a vessel's worn surfaces.
